Feel Better, Heal Better.
Results-oriented massage therapy and manual lymphatic drainage in Ballard Seattle
✨Hit Pause💛
Breathwise Massage & Bodywork has moved to a nearby location due to a fire in our building at The Ballard Collective on August 8. We are still open 1-2 days per week and will add more days again in September, while I take a moment to pause, breathe deeply, and metabolize this nudge from the universe that one moment is ending, and something else is beginning.
Whatever you're experiencing in your life also, here's a reminder to keep trust, connections, and purpose in your vision. Stay connected to your body, it's like the boat that will carry you there!
This loss has been a huge lesson for me. It helps me remember that others care. When life gets rough, we're not alone. It's hard, but it's not the end of the world.
My studio has temporarily moved 1 mile east, with a lighter schedule 1-2 days/week until the Fall.
