Program Structure

The Big Change Reset includes six sessions, sequenced intentionally and adapted to your individual needs:

🌿 Three 90-Minute therapeutic bodywork sessions

🌿 Three 90-Minute private guided breath trainings

Each session builds on the last, allowing time for integration and nervous-system learning.

6-Session Framework

Session 1 — GROUND: Abhyanga Ayurvedic Massage

A deeply supportive nervous-system session using warm, herbal oils rhythmically massaged into the layers of your body. This session is designed to support grounding the body and create a baseline of safety and relaxation—especially helpful for bodies that feel depleted, overstimulated, or braced.

Session 2 — ASSESS: Myofascial  & Lymphatic Bodywork with Breath Assessment

This session includes full-body myofascial work and gentle lymphatic facilitation to discover compensation patterns, areas that are generating tension, and reduce fluid buildup. Tight muscles and sense of stiff sluggish body often responds well to lymphatic techniques which move stagnant fluid away from body tissues. Extra hydration recommended for this session.

While we're working we also  observe your predominant breath pattern and how it may be contributing to physical or nervous-system strain.

Session 3 — OPEN: Guided Breath Session

A facilitated 1:1 breath session focused on awareness, pacing, and safety. Rather than forcing breath, we begin rebuilding trust with the body by working with breath patterns that support regulation, oxygen delivery, and ease. This session helps establish breath as a reliable internal support rather than a source of effort or control.

Session 4 — RECALIBRATE: Breath Integration & Nervous-System Care

We continue the breathwork begun earlier, supporting the nervous system and musculature to anchor new patterns. Repetition helps the body remember a fuller, more supportive breath, reducing reliance on tension and increasing resilience in daily life.

Session 5 — REPEAT: Therapeutic Myofascial & Visceral Support

Targeted myofascial and connective tissue work addressing areas of restriction, pulling, and compensation identified earlier in the process. This session supports improved mobility, reduced pain, and greater efficiency in how the body organizes itself.

Session 6 — ANCHOR: Closing Integrated Breath Session

A final breath session that integrates the physical and neurological changes made throughout the program. The focus is on reinforcing trust in the body’s signals and supporting continuity beyond the six sessions.

Bonus: Personalized Home Support

At the end of our time, based on our work you’ll receive a 20-minute personalized therapeutic yoga practice, with your very own vinyasa movement and breath practices tailored uniquely for you. This provides a simple way to maintain and enjoy the benefits of the work over time.
