Michelle Pearson Massage & Bodywork

Michelle Quigley Pearson, LMT, C-IAYT
WA State License #60887735

Michelle’s approach to massage and yoga focuses on clear intentions, supportive routines, regard for breath, and respect for the body.

She provides therapeutic massage and manual lymphatic drainage (MLD) for people who want to support whole-body wellness and overcome maladies resulting from both acute and chronic conditions.

Her emphasis on breath, as well as movements that enable more ease, stability, and mobility, are an opportunity for the individuals she works with to experience significant changes in their nervous system and beyond.

She regards these therapeutic practices as an invitation to experience sensation and get out of the head and into the body.

In classes and private sessions, she guides people to befriend their body, mind, and breath to navigate the nuances of living with a growing sense of wellbeing.
