This is care designed to literally meet you where you are. When I receive your home massage request, I’ll call you to for a quick chat (and screen for scammers).

You’ll receive a health history form via email. Please complete it to help me prepare for your session. Please choose and clear quiet area in your space with enough room for a massage table. A 10’ x 10’ clean space works well for me to move around the table.

I’ll arrive 15 minutes early to setup the session with heated massage table, stool, linens, soothing oils, herbal creams. We’ll begin with a brief check-in to discuss how you’re feeling and what your body needs. Sessions often weave together therapeutic massage, myofascial work, lymphatic support, and breath awareness to help your body to unwind.

Afterward, you get to stay at home. Nowhere to go. You’re already there.

Prepayment is required to confirm. You’ll receive superbill receipt with specific codes for massage / manual therapy, so that you can submit the bill to your health insurance or health savings account for reimbursement. Coverage depends on your benefits plan.
