1. Complete the request form below. Include your location and a few times that work for you.

2. When I receive your request, I’ll call to chat (and screen for scammers).

3. After we confirm, I’ll send you a link to online healthy history, informed consent, and privacy forms. Please complete these before our session. If you need special assistance, we can also take care of forms when I arrive in person.

4. Choose a quiet space in your home, with enough room for us to work. A 10’ x 10’ clean area works well for me to move around the table.

5. I’ll arrive 15 minutes early to setup with a heated massage table, fresh linens, soothing oils, and herbal creams.

6. We’ll discuss what your body needs. We can blend therapeutic massage, myofascial work, lymphatic support, cranial sacral, and breath awareness to help your body to unwind and to address problem areas.

7. Prepayment is required to confirm your session. I do not bill insurance. You may choose to submit the receipt to your insurance company for reimbursement. Coverage depends on your benefits plan. We accept payment by check, cash, credit card, Venmo, and health savings accounts. Depending on your location there may be an additional travel fee.

8. After your massage, I will clean up and leave. You are already home. There’s no need to get in the car and rush off. Just enjoy yourself. Drink some tea. Take a walk. Have a nap. Whatever you choose.

9. If you have friendly pets, I’m okay with that. Just use your judgement as to allowing their presence, or bring them to another room if they might be a distraction.
