
Breathing Birth — A Special Invitation
This is a free, live virtual course to support your connection to breath, body, and birth.
Whether you're currently pregnant or newly postpartum, you're invited to join this small pilot group. We'll explore breath practices to support labor, birth, and recovery — grounded in nervous system regulation and self-trust.
This first offering is dear to my heart and free to attend, in exchange for your feedback.
We'll meet for three 60-minute sessions over three weeks (choose one schedule):
Thursdays: July 3, 10, 17 at 5:00pm PT
or Saturdays: July 12, 19, 26 at 9:00am PT
